Dr Kaynak consulted me on Oct 19th for treatment of sun damaged, rough and pigmented skin, and numerous unsightly blood vessels around my nose and over my face. The following day he performed Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, combined with multi spectrum IPL Treatments. He reassured me regarding my concern about pain, had his assistant apply a good coating of a topical anesthetic, and his anesthesia colleague provided intravenous pain medication during the procedure.
The treatment was far less painful than I had feared! Overall, I would rate the pain at its worst point during the procedure at about a 2-3 /10. I had an amazing result which included immediate ablation of several veins around my nose and over the cheeks, ablation of several pigmented and non pigmented lesions over my forehead and neck.
My appearance leaving the clinic was that of a bad sunburn, with some bruising where the veins had been. Over the next several days, I developed puffiness of the face, followed by a complete exfoliation of the outer skin layer by about day 3-4. I am now at day 6 post procedure, and have a glowing new layer of skin over my face. Some bruising from the veins is still there, but is gradually continuing to fade as expected.
Overall, this was an amazing experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend this physician to anyone looking to improve their facial appearance, sun damage, wrinkles, unsightly veins, etc, etc.
